Construction site on 12 May 2012: all the 8 floors are ready, the roof will be built soon.

Results of three days of work at the Fair have exceeded our expectations: interest towards our project was high and we have conducted over 50 negotiations with potential home buyers. Already during the Fair few apartments were reserved. Participation in the Real Estate Fair has proven the fact of existing demand for supply of quality apartments in ecologically clean and peaceful place, in spite of relative remoteness of Little Finland from St.Petersburg and high price segment.

At the moment, the walls of the second floor are completed, half of the third floor has been also cast. On November 16, the second half of the floor is being concreted. Formwork of the walls on the third floor is going on. Generally, the process of formwork installation and reinforcement on the third floor is going on.

After completion in 2015, the residential complex Little Finland becomes one of the most cosy places in Vyborg. A noise of city center, which lies only in 15 minutes walk from Little Finland, does not greet you here. Surrounded by the sea and trees, inhabitants of Little FInland will enjoy the silence and peace, admire sea and Vyborg castle views from windows of their comfortable apartments, walk at the developed and guarded territory.

Children have a wonderful place for playing and spending time outdoors. Playground is equipped with quality children’s play area from Finland.
